To actively cultivate an inclusive and equitable learning environment where diverse students, families/caregivers, school staff, and the community collaborate to empower every student to achieve their full potential, celebrating cultural diversity as a fundamental strength in our pursuit of student and school community success.
 

Purpose Statement

The purpose of our PTSO is to cultivate a thriving and equitable school community by:
 
Facilitating Communication and Collaboration: Serving as a vital bridge between families/caregivers, teachers, students, and administration, fostering open dialogue, mutual understanding, and collaborative problem-solving.

Supporting Student Success: Enriching the educational experience through resource provision, program development, and dedicated volunteerism, while advocating for the diverse needs of all students and ensuring equitable access to opportunities.

Building a Strong School Community: Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where every member of the school community feels valued and connected, organizing community-building events, and celebrating the school's rich diversity.

Fundraising and Resource Support: Securing essential funds and resources to enhance school programs and initiatives, supplementing the school's budget, and providing vital volunteer support.

Advocating for Equitable Education: Championing policies and practices that guarantee high-quality education and equitable opportunities for all students.

Empowering Advocacy: Equipping families/caregivers and students with the knowledge and skills to effectively advocate for their educational needs and the well-being of the entire school community.
