Brockton High School has revamped student schedules that will begin with the 26-27 school year, and families are invited to take part in one of two informational nights to learn more about the goals behind the change.

The Brockton School Committee convened a special meeting yesterday evening as part of its oversight responsibilities and to ensure that all appropriate protocols and procedures are followed in response to a matter involving the safety and wellbeing of a Brockton Public Schools student.

Brockton Public Schools' Special Olympics Spring School Day Games will take place over two days in 2026, with students in K-5 taking part on June 3, and students in grades 6-12 on May 28. Both events will be at Marciano Stadium at Brockton High School

You can watch the Brockton High School CTE Lottery Live on Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, May 27, at 2:30 p.m.

Brockton's Middle School and High School drone teams won first and second, respectively, in the New England Regional Aerospace Robotics Competition on Saturday, May 9. Each team earned a berth in their respective National Championship rounds.

BPS will be conducting voluntary social-emotional learning screenings for students in grades 3-12. BPS conducts this screening twice per year, in the fall and spring, to evaluate students' social-emotional wellbeing.
